In this presentation, we will revisit the Scammon's curves of growth and maturation, especially the lymphoid curve, and focus on the orthodontists’ role in hypertrophied adenoids and tonsils in children partly based on the recent surprising findings. Other topics related to adenotonsillar hypertrophy and adenotonsillectomy will also be discussed.
